Confusion As Bereaved Families Fight Over Corpses

Families of the dead security operatives deployed to arrest the spiritual father of Ombatse, Eggon militant were seriously involved in a fiasco over the decomposed corpses of mobile police, SSS and Policemen killed at Ombatse shrine, one of the wives of the dead police officer reveal this to our correspondent at the police command in Lafia.

She narrated her ordeal as there were involved in a rift over the ownership of unrecognized corpses  that decomposed beyond recognition, Some of the families and relatives of the deceased also called on police authority to released their bodies,confusion trail at Dalhatu Araf Specialist Hospital was pelted with decomposed bodies following the congestion of morgue.

Also at the command of the State Security Services (SSS) Wives of a slain SSS officer rejected the N1m compensation by the Nasarawa state Government,

The aggrieved woman expressed displeasure over the refusal of the authority of SSS to assist her with an ambulance that will conveys the corpses of her husband.
